Alyssa McHugh is responsible for the asset management of the company’s West Coast and Mountain portfolio. Prior to joining PRG, Alyssa was a Director of Asset Management at JRK Property Holdings, a private equity real estate investment company with a portfolio of $6 billion, spanning 25 states and over 26,000 units. While at JRK, Alyssa was directly responsible for the asset management and investment strategy of a portfolio of 16 multifamily assets totaling 5,800 units. She holds a BA in Business Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
