Jake Gering is responsible for both the acquisition and asset management of PRG’s multifamily residential investments in the Central Region of the United States. Jake was previously a Portfolio Manager with Pacific Investment Management Company (PIMCO) executing a multi-sector real estate private equity strategy for the firm’s BRAVO fund series both domestically and in Central / Latin America. He also has past prior experience as a Senior Associate focused on land acquisition and development at a newly-launched development and credit vehicle within a family office targeting residential and mixed-use projects throughout the New York metropolitan area with total development costs between $75 million and $500 million. Jake began his career as an Analyst on the real estate investment banking team at Citigroup. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a Concentration in Finance and a minor in Near Eastern Languages and Culture from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
