Steve Leff is responsible for the acquisition, asset management, and disposition of the company’s east coast portfolio. Prior to joining PRG, Steve was a Senior Associate at the Brooksville Company, where he oversaw a portfolio of approximately 7,000 affordable and market-rate units in New York City, including the largest federally subsidized housing development in the country, Spring Creek Towers. Prior to Brooksville, Steve worked at national multifamily investment firms CP Capital (formerly HQ Capital Real Estate) and Sentinel Real Estate Corporation, where he helped manage a combined 17,000 units of ground-up and value-add investments. Steve holds a BA in Economics and Business Administration from Northeastern University in Boston, MA and received his Graduate Certificate in Real Estate from the Schack Institute of Real Estate at New York University (NYU).
